If you need to cancel your hair appointment and do not give 48 hours' notice, you will be charged.

 

* **48 hours' notice:** No charge, but a new booking fee is required.

* **24 hours' notice:** 50% of your total bill.

* **On the day / No show:** 100% of your bill.
